First, never let negative information bother you. If a security guard’s wife complains about being a night guard, inform her that it is not your fault and then inform her that she should go talk to her husband about it. The security guard job is stressful enough without adding more stress to an already challenging situation. If a security guard’s boss makes some disparaging remarks about him, simply ignore them. You might have to put some space between you two, but it’s important that she’s not able to contact you again.

If you start to get rid of the things in your life which are not worth you doing, you will begin to notice you have less anxiety.
